Training Routine

I have gone through several routines over the years. I will elaborate on them in future posts, but at the moment, here is my current training routine.
- Monday - Heavy Lifting (Upper Body)
- Tuesday- Lactate-Inducing Circuits + 30 mins light cardio
- Wednesday - OFF
- Thursday - Heavy Lifting (Lower Body)
- Friday - OFF
- Saturday - Lactate-Inducing Circuits + 30 mins light cardio
- Sunday - OFF
