Training Routine

I have gone through several routines over the years. I will elaborate on them in future posts, but at the moment, here is my current training routine.

  • Monday – Heavy Lifting (Upper Body)
  • Tuesday- Lactate-Inducing Circuits + 30 mins light cardio
  • Wednesday – OFF
  • Thursday – Heavy Lifting (Lower Body)
  • Friday – OFF
  • Saturday – Lactate-Inducing Circuits + 30 mins light cardio
  • Sunday – OFF
