Training Routine

I have gone through several routines over the years. I will elaborate on them in future posts, but at the moment, here is my current training routine.
- Monday – Heavy Lifting (Upper Body)
- Tuesday- Lactate-Inducing Circuits + 30 mins light cardio
- Wednesday – OFF
- Thursday – Heavy Lifting (Lower Body)
- Friday – OFF
- Saturday – Lactate-Inducing Circuits + 30 mins light cardio
- Sunday – OFF
